Good leadership
gets stronger
when it’s shared.
Every association carries a wealth of experience. COAL brings that knowledge into the same conversation.
We connect past and current leaders of state, national and international private investigation associations to serve in an advisory capacity for associations and our profession.
By sharing hard-earned perspective, leaders can help one another navigate challenges, develop their associations and move the profession forward.

A shared idea.
A documented story.
After his TALI presidency, Kelly E. Riddle founded COAL to connect the wisdom of former and current association leaders. Contemporary reports trace its early forum, a 2013 meeting in Orlando and later professional connections.
04 / PUT EXPERIENCE TO WORK
A stronger handover.
A better first day.
Capture the decisions, commitments and context the next officer will need. Our leadership guide includes a practical handover worksheet and prompts for participation, education and collaboration.
